Dr. Kholi murchison

(she/they/our)

PARTNER, HEAD OF NARRATIVE CHANGE AND STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENTS

change management • strategic planning + development • strategic programming • ecosystem analysis

Kholi is a femme-presenting nonbinary embodied movement practitioner, writer, and diviner of Black queer magic, who's been defining brands and gathering and growing communities through inclusive, communal actualization for almost 20 years.

Deeply invested in movement work - our life-long assignment of individual, social, and systemic change, her current world-building is guided by her matriculation in Wake Forest’s MDiv program; her BA and Ph.D. from Hampton and Rutgers Universities; her time spent as Director of People & Culture and VP of Social Impact + Strategy at Whole30, in addition to wholistic embodiment training, and her  chosen ancestor Toni Cade Bambara's queerly uncomplicated question: “Are you sure, sweetheart, that you want to be well?”
