OUR SERVICES
Historically, disproportionate labor practices forced upon Black, indigenous, women, people of color, and LGBTQI+ communities have existed at the expense of personal and professional development, rest, and resources, and ultimately resulted in diminished economic, social, and political mobility and opportunity for these communities.
HOLI - a think tank and education production company co-created and stewarded by Holley and Kholi Murchison - offers development, content creation, and production services to leaders, organizations, and networks seeking to offset these circumstances.
OUR WORK FACILITATES the ENHANCEMENT of OUR SERVED communities by catering to five tiers of human need, falling into two categories:
-
Those related to immediate feelings of physiological, safety, belongingness, love, and esteem.
-
Those leading, ultimately, to self-actualization.
““Freedom was the idea that together we can ensure that we all have the things we need—love, food, shelter, safety.”
”
